i just drank a glass of water

but earlier, i ate a wasabi kit-kat ???
(these are so good, Japan-only)

before that, i ate salmon + scallop poke
(delicious)

then before that, i had rice, beans + vegetables
(ok, but nutritious)

before that was breakfast:
Greek yoghurt, fruit + flaxseed/pumpkin seed granola
(my daily staple)

Those all look pretty good, and also a great way to put on weight. Those "biscuit" things remind me of scones, but I think they're not are they? Now I want fried chicken.

I just ate some whole grain toast with crunchy peanut butter, some peaches, and a stick of salami. Now I'm nibbling on a small bowl of cashews.

Also, my grocery store recently started selling their own brand of seaweed snacks, which I love. It's just nori with sesame oil and salt, but there's something very tasty about them. They did a much better job of it than they did with their store-brand coconut water.

Oatmeal is excellent. I've been having oats for breakfast more often lately.

I just finished a Brussels sprout and pancetta pasta. Mm sprouty.

on vacation rn

this morning i had Greek yoghurt, granola & fruit (typical).

but all the other meals have been weird. for example, i ate poke (Hawaiian fish salad) for dinner two nights in a row b/c i missed having rice so much. i miss the stuff i eat back home, so i am excited to return.

tired of all these burgers + fries.

i brought home burgers + fries from the iconic Seattle burger chain, Dick's Drive-In for lunch.



Dick's is good, but what's even better is eating it w/ gochujang 고추장. it lifts a decent fast food burger into a transcendent experience. i liked this very joyous meal a lot!
