Same thing I had yesterday: pasta with extra tomato sauce... Trying to finish the things I have here before I move out. Now I'm going to clean my rice cooker before packing it away.

I might have some Dairy Queen tonight

Sadly, I did not have Dairy Queen tonight, but my sister-in-law made me dinner: Spanish rice, beans, and baked chicken. It was a glorious conclusion to my days in Pennsylvania.

Tomorrow I might be having pop-tarts for breakfast and then who knows what as I get ready to leave town once and for all!

Chinese takeout of some sort. My grandparents got it on their way back in from their trip.

It's not bad.

Just had some warm cheesymite scrolls for breakfast. They're from the local bakery and are absolutely amazing - some of the best I've found ever. With a nice cup of Australian breakfast tea.

(Cheesymite scrolls are cheese and vegemite in a bread scroll, as it would happen)

Krave cereal and coffee. I've been having this for at least the last week or two every day for breakfast and just...wow. I don't know why this stuff is so good, but it is.

I made pork chops (pan-fried in butter and seasoned with salt, black pepper, chives, tarragon, rosemary) for me and Nicole tonight. They were pretty groovy. I also had some potato wedges (salt, black pepper, thyme, sage, parsley, rosemary, cayenne pepper, smoked paprika) and sautéed kale.

Was good, just needed more grapes in it.

The only good thing about having to do this whole newbie-training at work is coming home to actual food.

Tonight was the oddball mix of breaded chicken and beef rice. Would have preferred plain rice with soy sauce, but... it did the trick.

Aux says:

An It's-It! Cappuccino, for the record.

For those who don't know, It's-Its are this San Francisco specialty (though they're sold elsewhere now too), consisting of ice cream sandwiched between two oatmeal cookies and coated in chocolate.

Yum.

Shreddies for breakfast. I'm having this weird urge to have something super sweet later on... like ice cream. Or a super-sweet cappuccino.
