Yea, in the Windows Turkish codepage, only like 3 letters are changed in total (Ğğ, İı and Şş replace Ðð, Ýý and Þþ respectively)

The Vietnamese codepage is like this as well. It only replaced a few letters.

Really? I see Vietnamese restaurants around here and they seem to have several jillion diacritics in their language. Like the word "phở", which is a Vietnamese soup, ends with the letter o-horn-hook. That's an o with a horn and a hook on it, diacritics that, AFAIK, are unique to Vietnamese and can be used in conjunction with one another.

I saw a Vietnamese code page with well over 100 special letters in it.
